One Paseo is a new development by Kilroy that broke ground Jan 2017 off of Del Mar Heights Road. This community will be made up of restaurants, retail shops, office spaces and apartments. The apartments will range from studios- 3 bedroom and 1-2 bathrooms. There will be 608 residential units and will be 4 stories high. One Paseo will be pre-leasing apartments starting mid 2018.
