The development consists of four - 4 to 5 bedroom - floor plans, ranging in size from 3292 to 3779 square feet, the larger of which also have an optional den/office. Provence has NO HOA and only a nominal Mello Roos, it is part of Ashley Falls Elementary, Carmel Valley Middle and Torrey High School.
