Property Description

s.Okay, this is great deal now. You get a 2 BD,2 BA,1584 sq. ft. house with a converted single care garage making it a 3 BD main house. Freshly painted outside, well maintained home. In addition, you get a 1 BD 1 BA separate home that the owners would like to live in as a life estate. Together these two single family houses would sell for $1,200,000. The rent for the 1 BD 1 BA house would be $2,000. So you are getting $225,000 discount for the life estate, (the owners living in 6791 Ojai Ave), or over 9 years of prepaid rent! If you look at the other listings in La Conchita, over a million two or over this is a real bargain. I know a life estate is a hard thing to understand or grasp but if you can this will be a true winner for both the buyer and seller. And isn't that what everyone wants, happy buyers and sellers.La Conchita is a unique community with its annual Town wide yard sale, chili cook off, beach cleanup, spark of love toy drive, holiday boutique and weekly volley ball games. A town where you actually know your neighbors and they are always available to lend a hand. Celebrating 103 years of La Conchita.Ocean Views! What a brilliant find in La Conchita! The long-time owners have lovingly maintained one of the most unique properties in La Conchita for over 25 years. Two separate homes, on two separate lots, two tax parcels, two septic systems and separate utilities. Offered are two separate homes that were merged in 1984 (that can't be unmerged). 6779 is a 3-bedroom two bath 1721 sq. ft. according to floor plan (tax has 1584 sq. ft.) . Downstairs is a studio lockout
